Christine joined Garlington after working with the Ravalli County Attorney’s Office as a Deputy Civil Attorney. There she handled a variety of issues and cases for county local government, ranging from land use (including various administrative development processes), commercial real estate transactions, local government administration, property taxation, employment and labor law, among others.
Christine graduated from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law in 2023. During law school, she competed in various moot court and closing argument competitions. She worked as a summer intern at a Montana workers’ compensation and personal injury law firm. She then worked as a research assistant at Pepperdine, performing federal constitutional research. She later worked as a Teaching Fellow and then as an Adjunct Professor for Pepperdine’s Master’s of Legal Studies program’s Law in Practice Course, teaching non-lawyer professionals various legal skills and aspects of the court system.
Christine grew up on a small farm in a rural ranching community and brings her down-to-earth personality and practical problem-solving skills to serve her clients effectively and efficiently.
In her free time, Christine also enjoys assisting in youth programs such as high school mock trial, hunting, fishing, guitar, and spending time with her family (and dog).
