Nick has over ten years of experience as a litigation attorney. Nick maintains a general civil practice with several special interest areas, including insurance defense, health care law and natural resource law. Nick grew up in Columbus, Montana and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Montana School of Law, where he graduated with high honors. Following law school, Nick clerked for the Honorable Brian M. Morris at the Montana Supreme Court.
Before joining Garlington, Lohn & Robinson, Nick was a partner in a civil firm in Wenatchee, Washington, principally representing clients in the healthcare, municipal, and agricultural industries. Nick continues to be licensed and practice in Washington state courts and the Eastern District of Washington federal court.
Nick and his family enjoy many outdoor activities under the Big Sky, including fishing, gardening, rafting, hunting, and hiking.
